Snow Removal Specialist (Part‑Time / Full‑Time / Seasonal)

Location:

Decatur, IL

Pay: $19/hr – $26/hr (average) plus performance‑based incentives and overtime.

• Provide snow removal services to residential and commercial properties.
• Drive company vehicles to customer locations, efficiently clear and maintain snow coverage.
• Consult with customers to address their needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Support lawn and landscape care tasks as needed (a spring opportunity).
• Maintain equipment and vehicles and perform basic maintenance.

• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Motivated, reliable and willing to learn.
• Previous general labor or landscaping experience is a plus but not required.
• Basic interest in cold‑weather work.

• Independent work in the great outdoors.
