Daytime Crew Member

Pay: $16.00–$17.50/hr (based on experience).

Already working mornings at another restaurant? We need experienced adults for opening / dayside:
Front Setup, Kitchen Setup, Prep, and Porter.

If you already know how a restaurant opens, you'll fit in fast. We train on Culver's; we hire for work ethic and availability.

• Performance reviews at 90 days, 6 months, then every 6 months
• We don't overhire. We'd rather keep a strong team and give them real hours than pack the schedule and thin everyone out
• Best hours go to the best team — right availability, hard work, good attendance
• Path into front or kitchen crew, and for the right people an easy path to full-time hours
