Member Assist Cart Attendant

Overview

Member Assist Cart Attendant at Sam's Club. This role focuses on creating a positive first and last impression for members by maintaining a well-kept parking area, assisting members with purchases, and ensuring carts are ready and available. You may help load items into vehicles and support delivering a great member experience. The role requires you to be on your feet and active, rain or shine.

$16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

• Ensure carts/flatbeds are available and accessible for members
• Assist members with purchases and provide exceptional customer service
• Help members load items into vehicles and support a positive member experience
• Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area
• Maintain a positive attitude, greet and thank members, and assist across the club as needed
• Assist with safety and parking lot cleanliness as part of the club’s operations

• Ensure club pickup orders are filled by notifying members of delays and unavailability, offer alternatives as needed
• Ensure items are handled per company policies and procedures and assist members with purchases and payments
• Utilize the cash register and assist with transactions according to policy
• Organize merchandise, zone designated areas, and maintain cart/parking lot availability
• Resolve member issues and promote company products and services
• Protect safety by conducting safety procedures and reporting unsafe conditions
• Collaborate with managers, co-workers, and other partners; prioritize tasks and communicate progress
