Days/Hours of Work:
Monday-Friday; 7am to 4pm.

The Reset Representative performs resets and/or rack or display placements as designated by pre-established plan‑ograms.

• Set and/or reset stores using established plan‑ograms at customer locations either individually or as part of a team.
• Makes decisions and presents workable solutions as issues arise during reset activity to ensure customer satisfaction. For example, recreating the plan‑ogram onsite if improvements or adjustments are needed.
• Ensures package, brand, tagging, and appropriate pricing are reflected in the store sets.
• Provides adequate communication to the customer on changes to the store because of reset activity and is responsible for meeting retailer needs before and after the reset.
• Works collaboratively with team members when organizing the reset activities during store resets. Treat teammates with respect and courtesy, valuing the diversity of perspectives and skills within the team.
• Maintains a safe and unobstructed work environment during reset activities. Secures company assets, tools, and equipment. Adheres to the safety policies and guidelines.
• Performs other duties as directed including merchandising, assisting with delivery, working in the warehouse, and other similar work as requested.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of work experience required.
• Prior experience in inventory or purchasing required.
• Familiarity with beverage industry and distribution center operations preferred.
• Experience with Excel preferred.
• Prior experience using a forklift, pallet jack, or high loader preferred. Ability to obtain PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) certification upon hire is required.
• Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and driving record within policy guidelines, including no major violations within the last three years.
• Class‑E Driver’s license required (Missouri drivers/locations only).

  Frequent travel throughout customer locations (walking in backrooms, aisles, greeting customers)

  Frequently (looking in racks at all levels, ordering product, counting cases, checking dates)
• Lifting:
  Frequent—Lift 20 lbs. or less (full cases of product and racks, displays, etc. for POS)
• Pushing/Pulling:
  Frequent use of manual carts
• Travel:
  Frequent travel between customer locations
