Responsibilities include overseeing daily store operations, leading and motivating team members, assisting in recruiting and training, ensuring compliance with regulations, addressing customer concerns, collaborating with the General Manager, analyzing operational metrics, and performing various in-store tasks.

Qualifications include proven experience in food service or retail management, strong leadership and interpersonal skills, excellent customer service skills, proficiency in cash handling and financial reconciliation, ability to multitask effectively, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, computer literacy, knowledge of food safety procedures, flexibility to work various shifts, physical ability to stand and lift, strong time management and organizational skills, conflict resolution and decision-making abilities, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
