Sales Representative – Electrical Supply

• Support the sales budget process and consistently achieve sales goals.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to grow market share.
• Participate in joint sales calls with targeted customers.
• Prepare customer quotes and manage opportunities in the CRM system.
• Process customer orders and requests for products and services.
• Monitor backorders and ensure on‑time delivery.
• Identify opportunities to train customers on product applications.
• Collaborate with internal departments to meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Travel within the Central Indiana territory (10–20%).

• Proven sales experience—business-to-business preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• High school diploma or GED required; some college coursework preferred.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and eager to learn and grow within the electrical distribution industry.

• Monday–Friday (Typical Business Hours)
• 50%+ of your time will be spent in the office/on the computer.
• Some travel required (10–20% within the Central Indiana territory).
