ADP is hiring a U.S. Enterprise Payroll Practice Leader. In this position you will be responsible for the execution of a comprehensive strategic plan to drive U.S. Enterprise Payroll product sales plans through the field sales organization. The Practice Leader provides sales support for division/area sales leadership with product education, measurement, and performance. You will collaborate with Field Sales and Channel Marketing to drive sales within your Division and/or Area.

Overview

Role:
Managed Services, District Channel Manager (Senior sales/leadership role in channel and field sales).

Responsibilities
  • Execute the product sales strategy for field sales.
  • Drive sales in a geographic area of responsibility to meet the assigned product sales quotas.
  • Act as the product liaison to Marketing and as the sales liaison to Product.
  • Ensure the implementation and execution of marketing and opportunity identification programs.
  • Assist in creation of sales messaging deployment.
  • Assist with product sales education and coordinate training efforts related to product sales.
  • Create and deploy industry knowledge within the geographic area of responsibility.
  • Travel to different geographic areas to participate in joint end-user calls as the ADP channel sales liaison.
  • Report market information regarding competitors, pricing awareness, sales inhibitors, and field successes.
  • Champion and interface between sales management and other ADP groups (field sales, training, tele sales, operations, marketing, etc.).
  • Drive involvement of channel partners in the sales process with leadership through periodic reviews focusing on activity standards, referrals, and campaigns.
  • Provide progress updates to senior sales leadership.
  • 40% travel expected, including overnights.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications Required
  • 5+ years of experience in a product or channel marketing position or field sales management in a wide geographic area.
  • Knowledge of the U.S. Payroll market.
  • Knowledge of ADP Payroll products.
Preferred Qualifications
  • A college degree is helpful but not required; the ability to do the job is key.
  • Previous business services and/or business software experience.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to conceptualize, negotiate and sell ideas internally and externally.
  • Ability to generate and implement concepts, ideas, and plans in a flexible, changing environment.
  • Strong team player.
  • Experience with sales quotas and exceeding quotas.
  • Business-to-business experience in (HCM) human capital management, payroll, HR solutions, HRBPO or talent management.
  • Goal oriented and ambitious with capacity to reach and exceed quotas.
  • Cold calling sales ability with a persistent, assertive style.
  • Customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong communication skills across all mediums.
  • Organized with effective time management.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team.
  • General business acumen; mature and self-confident.
  • Ability to work under pressure and a strong work ethic.
Compensation and Benefits

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on location, skills, and experience. The compensation range is USD $78,800.00 - USD $ per year. Actual compensation will not be less than applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirements.
