Superior Environmental Solutions (SES) is looking for a safety-focused Field Supervisor to lead on-site operations and maintain high safety standards.

• Ensure health and safety is the number one priority.
• Collaborate with company representatives to learn safety rules and operational responsibilities.
• Operate hydro‑blasting equipment and vacuum truck.
• Assist in job site set‑up and tear‑down.
• Perform work as directed by leadership personnel.

• Lead on‑site safety meetings and procedures.
• Operate SES vacuum rucks, water blasters, steamer units, and related equipment.
• Set up work area to keep all workers and equipment safe.
• Communicate professionally with customers to ensure tasks are performed appropriately.
• Ensure employees comply with company policies and procedures.
• Complete or review on‑site paperwork accurately.
• Adapt to changing conditions and meet customer satisfaction.
• Travel overnight and out‑of‑town as required.

• Maintain equipment and company property.
• Pass substance‑abuse screening.

• Recognize & follow emergency signals.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.; repetitive lifting, bending, squatting, kneeling, reaching, crawling.
• Work in extreme conditions (heat, cold, dust, wet) for extended periods.
• Work in confined spaces, tight quarters.
• Wear protective clothing & equipment.
• Climb ladders & work from elevated platforms.
• Work extended hours & variable shifts.
