Health Plus Staffing is seeking for a Primary Care Physician to join a growing Medical Group in Decatur IN (Just 30 minutes south of Fort Wayne).
- Primary Care Physician - FM or IM
- Schedule is variable, but 40 hours per week.
- Patient Volume:
To be discussed during interview - Looking ASAP
- EMR:
Epic - BC, or have the intent on being BC
- No J1 or H1, loan reimbursement negotiable
