Health Plus Staffing is seeking a Long Term Care Medical Director to join a growing Medical Group in Decatur, IN (just 30 minutes south of Fort Wayne).
The Medical Director will oversee 4 Long Term Care Facilities and 4 Assisted Living Facilities in the Fort Wayne area. They will also serve as the Supervising Physician for 5 Geriatric-Focused Nurse Practitioners, assisting with regulatory rounds and acute visits.
The schedule is variable, averaging about 40 hours per week, with approximately 10 patients per day.
Candidates with experience in Post Acute Care are preferred. Immediate availability is desired.
EMR:
Epic. Candidates should be Board Certified or pursuing certification. No J1 or H1 visas; loan reimbursement negotiable.
Compensation includes a competitive base salary, sign-on bonus, quality and productivity bonuses, along with full benefits.
