If so, join Bowen Health as a Case Manager / Skills Coach. In this role you will assist parents and children with psycho-social skills-building practices identified in the patient’s treatment plan, helping individuals develop essential life skills, coping strategies, social skills, and executive functioning skills.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with a dynamic clinical and medical team to empower patients to care for their physical and mental health.
- Conduct hands-on skills-building sessions in community, home, and school settings.
- Provide support and guidance in emotion regulation, relational skills, independent living skills, and general coping skills.
- Utilize a comprehensive toolbox of evidence-based practices to enhance patient well-being.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient progress and treatment plans.
- Act as a compassionate advocate for the individuals and families served.
- Provide empathetic support to a diverse caseload across ages, diagnoses, and backgrounds.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathetic and compassionate approach to working with patients.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a clinical team.
- Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
- Educational requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Associate’s Degree
- 60 undergraduate college credits
- High school diploma/GED with four years related experience
- Bachelor’s Degree: $20.00 - $22.00/hour
- Associate’s Degree: $18.00 - $20.00/hour
Note:
All Bowen Health team members are expected to comply with health and safety requirements, including flu shot and TB testing where applicable. Exemption options are considered where allowed by policy.
