If so, join Bowen Health as a Case Manager / Skills Coach. In this role you will assist parents and children with psycho-social skills-building practices identified in the patient’s treatment plan, helping individuals develop essential life skills, coping strategies, social skills, and executive functioning skills.

• Collaborate with a dynamic clinical and medical team to empower patients to care for their physical and mental health.
• Conduct hands-on skills-building sessions in community, home, and school settings.
• Provide support and guidance in emotion regulation, relational skills, independent living skills, and general coping skills.
• Utilize a comprehensive toolbox of evidence-based practices to enhance patient well-being.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient progress and treatment plans.
• Act as a compassionate advocate for the individuals and families served.
• Provide empathetic support to a diverse caseload across ages, diagnoses, and backgrounds.

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Educational requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Associate’s Degree
  • 60 undergraduate college credits
  • High school diploma/GED with four years related experience

• Bachelor’s Degree: $20.00 - $22.00/hour
• Associate’s Degree: $18.00 - $20.00/hour
