The ICU Registered Nurse plays a vital role in delivering comprehensive, organized, and patient-centered care to critically ill patients, including providing emotional support to families during end-of-life situations. Responsibilities encompass performing thorough assessments, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and continuously evaluating patient progress to adjust goals and interventions accordingly. The nurse is also committed to ongoing professional development by seeking educational resources and fostering a collaborative, interdisciplinary team approach aligned with the hospital's mission, vision, and values.

30 hours per week - Third Shift, 3:45 PM - 4:15 AM, Every weekend (Sat/Sun) plus one night shift per pay period.

• Eligible for medical coverage on your first day of employment, all other benefits will be effective the 1st of the month following hire date!
• Sign-on bonus: $20,000

• Valid RN License in the State of Indiana
• BLS/CPR Certification
• ACLS and PALS Certification Required Within 6 Months of Hire
• Third Shift 3:45 PM - 4:15 AM, weekends Sat/Sun plus one night shift per pay period
