Seasonal Team Associate

Base pay range: $14.00/hr - $27.00/hr

Hourly wage: $14 – $27 per hour

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

Seasonal associates are responsible for moving the majority of seasonal merchandise throughout the store. During major holidays, associates must be prepared to handle increased volume. Requires product knowledge, problem‑solving, and merchandising skills.
