Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Diesel Technician at our Decatur, IN location. The Diesel Technician will perform vehicle maintenance, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on various types of diesel equipment. The role involves diagnosing and addressing mechanical issues, ensuring optimal vehicle performance, and providing high-quality service. Interaction with customers and maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction are also key aspects of this position.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Vehicle Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance tasks
• Proven ability in Troubleshooting and Maintenance & Repair of diesel vehicles
• Strong Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction
• Technical certifications in diesel mechanics or automotive maintenance are preferred
• Experience with diagnostic tools and equipment is highly beneficial
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training is a plus
