• Manage and grow business through consistent communication with assigned owners and internal teams, focusing on sales generation
• Coach and train retail sellers at the farm-gate on products, programs, services, and technologies
• Execute strategies using tools such as the Account Plan and Farmer by Farmer (FxF) Plan, monitoring progress against established goals
• Communicate the total acre value proposition to top retail sellers, including brand strategies and digital technology
• Coordinate with local manufacturer representatives and manage discretionary and insight trial seed

• Bachelor’s degree in agriculture or business-related field plus 2 years of industry or direct sales experience; or 7 years of successful work experience in industry or direct sales
• Proactive communicator with exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Ability to coach and mentor others while making sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Solid experience using Microsoft Office products and CRM software (Salesforce)
• Valid state driver’s license and ability to travel up to 50%

• Experience in agricultural product expertise and capability to educate others on products and services
• Proven ability to manage projects effectively
• Experience leading and adapting quickly to change
