Care Planning Institute, Inc. is seeking a part-time in-home assessor to visit elderly clients in the Decorah, IA region (within a 2-hour drive). The role pays $40/hour and offers a flexible schedule from 8am to 8pm, Monday through Sunday, with weekend availability.
Assessments last about 30 minutes, involve talking with clients in their homes about non-medical care needs, and travel time is paid at the same rate. TB skin test is required if not recently completed.
