Gemini is looking for a motivated and dependable Plant
Team Lead I or Plant Team Lead II to support daily building operations, provide leadership to team members, and help drive productivity, quality, and safety. The position level will be determined based on the candidate’s demonstrated skills, experience, and leadership capability. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a hands‑on environment while guiding others, solving problems, and supporting continuous improvement.

Wage Range: $20.93 - $31.39
Location: Decorah, IA
Type: Full Time
Schedule: 5 8‑hour days; 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, Monday - Friday
Overtime: Overtime is scheduled as needed.
Purpose StatementTo support the goals and vision of Gemini, Inc. through leading and optimizing daily production activities to ensure the achievement of safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives. This role involves coordinating staffing and scheduling, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing corrective actions to maintain optimal performance. The Team Lead will cultivate leadership within the team, foster a collaborative environment, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
By effectively communicating across departments and making informed decisions, the Team Lead contributes to the overall success and profitability of the organization.
