Production Team Member

Overview

Gemini, Inc. is looking for a Production Team Member to join the team at our location in Decorah, IA. This position is responsible for operating machines and shipping responsibilities. We offer a positive, people-first culture that focuses on leveraging each team member’s strengths to help bring our customers’ unique signage products to life.

$19.16/hr - $25.12/hr

Wage Range: $19.16 - $25.12 per hour

Type: Full Time

Schedule: 2nd Shift - 4 10-hour days, 2:30pm - 1:00am or 5 8-hour days 2:30pm - 11:00pm, Monday - Friday

• The posted range is inclusive of an additional 10% shift premium for working on 2nd shift.
• Overtime is scheduled as needed.

• Utilizing hand/power tools and operating equipment to finish high quality product.
• Inspecting and assembling the finished product and shipping appropriately to the customer.
• Working conditions are clean, bright, and organized, requiring the use of proper PPE to protect hearing and vision as well as the ability to physically load and unload materials.
• Reporting to Plant Manager.
