• Implement and maintain the Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) management system and programs.
• Provide critical EH&S support to the site EH&S generalist, ensuring all site actions are completed promptly and safely.
• Assist in developing strategies and policies to drive continuous improvement in EH&S.
• Support site projects and contractor safety programs.
• Gain an understanding of the site’s processes and equipment, identify relevant hazards, and ensure associated risks are maintained at acceptable levels.

• Gain hands‑on experience with a variety of manufacturing processes and procedures, with a focus on enhancing Environmental, Health, and Safety connections.
• Learn about various management systems that promote EH&S.
• Develop skills to implement innovative solutions that improve ergonomics, health, and safety in a manufacturing environment.

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Occupational Health, or a related STEM field.
• Actively enrolled in a degree program throughout the duration of the co‑op session.

• Experience with CAD and 3D modeling.
• Knowledge of EH&S regulations and compliance standards.

Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
