As a staff nurse you are instrumental in managing operations of your assigned unit. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Northgate Care Center by supervising the activities of all clinical staff on your assigned unit, providing guidance and education to clinical staff, instilling a positive and inclusive facility culture, ensuring infection prevention practices are maintained, and ensuring adequate staffing for our resident’s needs.

Eligibility: Applicants should have an unencumbered State of Iowa (or compact state) Registered Nurse license; experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is preferable.
