DISHWASHER (FULL TIME AND PART TIME) at Bon Appétit Management Company

We are hiring immediate full‑time and part‑time dishwasher positions located at Luther College, 700 College Drive, Decorah, IA 52101. Online applications only. Pay range $12.00–$15.00 per hour. Internal employee referral bonus available.

• Scrape and rinse food from dirty dishes, wash by hand or load onto conveyor/dishwasher.
• Wash pots, pans, trays following assigned procedures.
• Polish silver using maintain equipment and ensure cleanliness.
• Maintain compliance with safety procedures, temperature and chemical levels.
• Keep dish area orderly, sweep and mop kitchen floors, clean worktables, walls, refrigerators, etc.
• Remove trash, steam clean garbage cans, transfer supplies and equipment.
• Assist in loading/unloading supplies and products.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

• Dishwashing experience preferred but not required.
