Base pay range$85,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

Roessel Joy has partnered with an established firm on a new Senior Staff Accountant role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background working in the General Ledger, strong Excel experience, and strong professionalism and communication.
Responsibilities- Execute monthly AR processes including statements, client follow-ups, and reconciliation.
- Generate internal AR status reports and manage aging schedules.
- Support the collections function as needed.
- Oversee AP transactions ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Manage monthly AP close.
- Journal Entry postings.
- Post payroll journal entries in the GL.
- Ad hoc projects as needed.
- Bachelors in Accounting or Finance.
- 2+ years of accounting experience and experience working in the General Ledger.
- Advanced Excel skills.
