Assistant Infant/Toddler Teacher – The Learning Experience Dedham

Location: Dedham, MA

Pay: $20–$22 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

The Learning Experience – Dedham is seeking a caring and dependable Assistant Infant/Toddler Teacher to support our early childhood classrooms. If you love working with young children and want a position where you can learn, grow, and make a difference every day, this is a great opportunity.

Our infant and toddler programs provide a warm, nurturing, and developmentally supportive environment where children feel secure and excited to explore.

• Support lead teachers in caring for infants and toddlers in a safe, engaging, and nurturing classroom.
• Assist with daily routines, including diapering, feeding, transitions, and nap schedules.
• Help implement play-based learning activities that support early language, motor skills, and social development.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
• Build positive relationships with families and provide daily updates when needed.
• Follow Massachusetts EEC licensing regulations and center policies.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with infants or toddlers in a childcare, daycare, or preschool setting preferred, but not required.
• EEC Assistant Infant/Toddler Teacher certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
• Caring, reliable, patient, and willing to learn.
