Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage your preschool classroom, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment.
- Implement The Learning Experience® L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, promoting social, emotional, and academic growth.
- Build strong relationships with families and communicate regularly about children’s progress.
- Partner with center leadership to support enrollment, family engagement, and program quality.
- Collaborate with co‑teachers to maintain classroom consistency and excellence.
- Degree or coursework in Early Childhood Education (ECE), Child Development, or a related field preferred.
- EEC certification or ability to meet Massachusetts Preschool Teacher qualifications required.
- 1+ year of experience in a preschool or daycare setting.
- Strong understanding of developmentally appropriate practices.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred (training available).
