About the Role

We are seeking a Cyber FPGA Design Engineer to join our team in Dedham, MA. In this role, you will work on cutting-edge FPGA designs supporting secure, mission-critical systems. From system architecture and requirements allocation through production, you’ll be part of a collaborative team developing innovative solutions that protect our nation’s security.

• Design and implement FPGA solutions from architecture through production.
• Integrate and close timing on FPGA designs, ensuring area, power, and timing requirements are met.
• Work with embedded hard and soft processors, commercial and custom IP.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine FPGA requirements.
• Support hardware/software integration and FPGA testing.
• Contribute to the design and production of cost-sensitive secure products.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, plus 5+ years of relevant experience; OR a Master’s degree plus 3+ years of experience.
• Active Department of Defense Secret Security Clearance at the time of hire.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.

• Experience with Zynq Ultra Scale+ MPSoC or similar FPGAs.
• Proficiency with Vivado or similar design tools.
• Knowledge of VHDL or similar hardware description languages.
• Strong background in FPGA design closure (area, power, timing).
• Ability to balance multiple projects and priorities.

• Hands-on experience designing and producing both low- and high-volume products.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work across disciplines.
