Member Services Representative

Core Development & Management is hiring a Member Services Representative. This position offers flexible scheduling, full‑time and part‑time shifts.

Base pay: $15.00/hr - $16.00/hr (actual pay based on skills and experience).

• Greet members/guests as they enter and exit the club; assist with questions or concerns.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone® by connecting with members and supporting their fitness journeys while upholding club policies.
• Resolve member concerns and, when necessary, epnal to the Club Manager.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with inquiries.
• Perform membership functions: sign‑ups, contact/billing updates, cancellations, collecting unpaid balances, and transferring memberships.
• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals; contribute to club monthly and yearly goals.
• Perform prospective member calls and tours; assess membership needs.
• Execute retail transactions accurately and drive sales goals.
• Clean and sanitize all exercise equipment and Recovery Zone amenities; maintain cleanliness of communal spaces and assigned areas.
• Keep restrooms clean, sanitized, stocked, and clutter‑free.
• Perform comprehensive walk of all club areas; quickly fix safety/policy or cleanliness issues.
• Address maintenance and facility concerns such as broken or missing equipment (e.g., dispensers, leaky faucets, fixtures).

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willingness to become CPR/AED certified (training provided).
• Basic computer proficiency.

• Continual standing and moving throughout the club during shift.
• Continuous verbal communication.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Occasional exposure to cleaning chemicals.
• Frequent cleaning and sanitizing duties.
• Movement requiring bending and twisting.
