• Deliver clear, detailed, personalized consultations
• Understand guest needs — hair goals, budgets, schedules
• Haircutting (long & short), highlighting, balayage
• Blowouts + fashion colors/vivids
• Save guest notes/formulas in our salon app
• Keep your station tidy + support salon cleanliness
• Learn and sell retail products
• Teach guests about products, hair care, and at-home styling
• Prepare/clean tools, foils, fold towels as needed
• Sanitize cutting tools + salon instruments
• Use social media (or learn!) for personal branding
