About the Role

Riverside is seeking a Clinical Team Manager for our Behavioral Health Community Partner team, which integrates behavioral health, medical and social services to improve care for members with complex needs. The manager directly supervises care coordinators and nurses, implementing program-wide policies and overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and mentor a multidisciplinary team of care coordinators, lead coordinator, nurses and interns.
  • Consult with the Program Director to implement and monitor policies and guidelines.
  • Plan and coordinate program initiatives and daily operations of the BHCP program.
  • Assume essential duties in the Program Director’s absence.
Required Qualifications
  • One of the following credentials: RN with BH expertise, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, LADC I, Licensed Psychologist, LCSW.
  • At least two years of managerial or supervisory experience in a multi‑disciplinary health or complex environment.
  • Hands‑on knowledge of member eligibility verification, benefits and services, claims management, and quality management functions.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle access.
Required Skills
  • Experience with Medicaid and contract management preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • At least two years of experience with software applications, integrated IT systems and data management/reporting skills.
