Hebrew Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Patient Care Associate to support residents on weekends and day shift. You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor health, and help maintain a home-like environment under nursing supervision.
You will work as part of a team, document care, follow infection control, and participate in care planning. Fluent English, CNA or PCA certification preferred, and computer literacy required.
