SYNERGY Home Care is urgently seeking CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Dedham, MA, to provide compassionate, reliable in-home care. Immediate hiring needs in Dedham
Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and daily living activities
Support safe mobility, transfers, and positioning
Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
Provide companionship and emotional support
Complete light housekeeping to maintain a comfortable home environment
Follow each client's care plan and daily routine
Communicate client concerns or changes to the care team
Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification
Previous home care or caregiving experience preferred
Patient, compassionate, and dependable
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to provide care independently in a client's home
Reliable and committed to scheduled shifts
