Guest Experience Specialists (GES) are world‑class hospitality experts who anticipate each guest's needs, serve enthusiastically, and ensure a memorable experience. As the ambassador of The Escape Game, you create a fun, upbeat, and inviting lobby atmosphere.

• Embody the company's mission, vision, and values during every shift.
• Use TEG's Party Host Practices: prepare the venue, connect with guests, keep energy high, customize the experience, and ensure all guests leave happy.
• Implement TEG's Hospitality Habits: courtesy, cleanliness, communication.
• Exhaustively explain games and guide lobby interactions, including checking in guests, coordinating game start times with Team Leader, answering the phone, and accurately booking reservations.
• Engage with each guest using open body language and open-ended questions to foster friendly conversation.
• Welcome groups of 2–50, ensuring they feel cared for and excited for their game.
• Apply TEG's Steps for Creating TEG Fans: extend the invite, keep the party going, encourage party favors, and resolve service failures graciously.

• Flexible availability; often nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Ability to perform physical activity: deep cleaning, painting, standing, crawling, bending, lifting 30–40 lbs, and minor game repairs.
• Stand for long periods (75–80% of shift).
