As a Senior Solution Architect, you will play a vital role in supporting our Customer Data Platform sales initiatives. You will present the product, handle customer objections, and execute technical win strategies. Your expertise in demos, workshops, and services scoping will help us close deals and continually enhance our offerings.
Responsibilities & Duties- Build and deliver high-impact demos and solutions that showcase how the Customer Data Platform drives business transformation and value for top-tier clients.
- Proactively manage and resolve customer objections, leveraging deep expertise to influence decision‑makers and guide customers toward successful solutions.
- Lead ideation sessions and workshops—both standard and custom—focusing on vertical‑specific strategies aligned with broader business objectives.
- Develop and execute comprehensive technical win strategies for high‑priority sales opportunities.
- Drive and run Proof of Concept (PoC) engagements, collaborating with Solution Consultants and clients to define success criteria and establish long‑term relationships.
- Lead cross‑functional services scoping exercises, ensuring alignment across teams and successful project execution with key stakeholders.
- Deliver internal enablements, create knowledge‑sharing initiatives, and represent the company as a thought leader at external events, webinars, and industry conferences.
- Advocate for product enhancements that directly benefit customers by driving continuous feedback loops with product management teams.
- Provide solution‑architect enablement sessions for the global GTM teams, ensuring a unified, high‑impact technical approach.
- Identify emerging trends and evolving customer needs, shaping the future direction of solutions.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including sales, product management, and engineering—to drive successful outcomes for clients.
- Offer insights and recommendations on critical business and technical challenges, influencing key strategic decisions.
- Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or a similar role.
- Strong track record of achieving technical wins and meeting quota.
- Deep knowledge of Customer Data Platforms and related technologies, with an understanding of Marketing Technology solutions (Mar Tech).
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to handle customer objections and engage in solution‑focused discussions.
- Experience executing workshops and technical win strategies.
- Effective collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities, including mentoring and delivering enablements.
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
- Self‑motivated, with a drive for continuous learning and improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Working out of the Boston, MA or New York, NY office according to our "Global Hybrid Working Policy."
Travel RequirementsRequires peaks of 50% travel to visit clients, prospects, events, and internal meet‑ups.
