** is seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer to help shape the future of our enterprise network infrastructure and drive the adoption of next-generation technologies. In this role, you’ll design, build, and integrate advanced IT solutions across multiple business units, supporting critical operations and long-term growth. You’ll work with technologies spanning Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), Metropolitan Area Networks (MAN), Wireless, and Voice/VoIP systems.

This is a hands-on position where you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor colleagues, and solve complex challenges in a dynamic, mission-driven environment. * What You Will Do:

* * Lead enterprise-wide network transformation initiatives, ensuring scalability, agility, and alignment with strategic goals.
* Design and implement network solutions aligned with company standards and industry best practices.
* Partner with internal teams to recommend innovative, cost-effective approaches to evolving network needs.
* Mentor and support team members, fostering growth in technical proficiency and innovative problem-solving.
* Configure, optimize, and upgrade network devices and systems for peak performance and reliability.
* Lead troubleshooting efforts for advanced (Tier
4) network issues across multi-vendor environments and provide on-call support on a rotational basis.
* Collaborate with infrastructure architects on feasibility studies, design optimization, and cost-benefit analysis.
* Champion automation of manual tasks and improve efficiency by developing scripts and leveraging modern tools.
* Transition solutions into operational support with clear documentation and playbooks.
* Monitor and analyze network traffic, recommending improvements for performance and compliance.
* Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and generate detailed reports to support ongoing operations.
* Participate in occasional domestic/international travel to support business needs.  
** Qualifications You Must Have:*
* * Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience
* 7+ years of IT infrastructure experience, ideally with Cisco networking solutions (DMVPN, SD-WAN).

*** Advanced knowledge of routing and protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, OMP).
* Strong background in network security, including IPSec, MACSec, segmentation, and integration with next-gen firewalls.
