Clinic Manager – Skin Laundry, Dedham, MA

Skin Laundry is a fast‑growing laser aesthetic company dedicated to delivering safe, effective, and affordable skin care. We are opening a new clinic in Dedham and seeking an energetic, client‑focused Clinic Manager to lead sales, operations, and team culture.

The Clinic Manager will inspire and coach a high‑performing team to drive revenue, customer retention, and operational excellence. You will work closely with Marketing, People, and Service teams to build brand awareness, nurture client relationships, and maintain flawless clinic operations.

• Lead day‑to‑day clinic operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and financial targets.
• Coach, mentor, and develop a motivated sales and service team to exceed KPI goals.
• Collaborate with Marketing to design local outreach, events, and membership promotion.
• Maintain exceptional customer experience, resolve client issues, and drive client satisfaction.
• Develop and execute monthly, weekly, and daily action plans to achieve revenue goals.
• Manage physical inventory, forecasting, and safety inventory for service and retail.
• Evaluate and recommend improvements to clinic procedures and business systems.

• 3–5 years of retail or medical aesthetic management experience.
• Passion for inclusive, accessible beauty and strong client relationship skills.
• Proficiency in Retail Math, MS Office, Outlook, and basic clinic software.
• Strong business strategy mindset and ability to navigate day‑to‑day tactics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and high standards of self‑motivation.

• Base salary 70 k – 90 k + bonus opportunities.
