Senior Director of Engagement and Leadership Giving

Ursuline Academy, an independent Catholic school dedicated to the education of young women in grades 7-12, is seeking a strategic and relationship-driven Senior Director of Engagement and Leadership Giving to join our Advancement team. This role is a senior-level opportunity for a mission-aligned professional with experience in constituent engagement, alumnae relations, and annual giving, ideally within an educational setting. About the Role:

Reporting directly to the Chief Advancement Officer, the Senior Director of Engagement and Leadership Giving plays a central role in developing and executing strategies that strengthen community relationships and drive philanthropic support. In collaboration with a dynamic team, this position will shape and lead efforts that deepen engagement across constituencies and support a robust annual giving program. The Senior Director will also manage a portfolio of leadership-level prospects and donors, directly contributing to the school’s fundraising success.

Salary: $100,000 – $115,000
