Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, PRN

Shift: Day, Night, and Evening shifts

• Performing comprehensive assessments and developing individualized care plans
• Communicating effectively with patients, families, and colleagues
• Coordinating care transitions and promoting patient wellness

• Demonstrating ethical, inclusive, and evidence-based nursing practices

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)
• Current RN licensure in the state of Rhode Island
• BCLS certification (or ability to obtain within 1 month of hire)

• Able to stand / walk for extended periods and lift / move patients
• Comfortable working in clinical settings that involve exposure to illness and end-of-life care
• Capable of managing high-stress, fast-paced environments
