Few & Far is a sister restaurant to Forage, offering a hyper‑seasonal/local farm‑to‑table experience. We seek a humble, ego‑free, and creative Lead Bartender/Server to join our management team.
Responsibilities- Serve a team‑oriented service environment and create seasonal craft cocktails in a fast‑paced, positive atmosphere.
- Leverage several years of experience in a like‑minded restaurant, maintaining high levels of service.
- Work quickly and calmly, balancing creativity with administrative tasks and demonstrating strong follow‑through.
- Learn about local food, maintain a strong knowledge of wine and spirits, and uphold hospitality standards.
- Several years of bartender/server experience with a local or farm‑to‑table restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of wine and spirits.
- Ability to maintain service excellence under pressure.
- Team‑oriented, positive, and creative attitude.
