  Full-time 6AM-4PM / 7AM-4PM

• Understand the expectations of Chick-fil-A customer service standards
• Provide a positive and serving attitude with a warm personality. Follow CORE 4: eye contact, smile, speak enthusiastically, stay connected. Greet and serve guests with enthusiasm, courtesy, and hospitality.
• Foster excellence and create raving fans by executing Second Mile Service (2MS), Operational Excellence (OE), and creating emotional connections with customers (EC).
• Take orders with speed and accuracy
• Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
• Protect the customer experience by ensuring quality and presentation, and accuracy of portions
• Follow FIFO (First In, First Out)
• Handle customer issues appropriately and participate in customer recovery
• Show up on time with a positive attitude and work hard for your entire shift
• Ensure appearance complies with the Handbook
• Continuously look for ways to improve efficiency
• Be responsible to fill your shift if you are unable to work
• Display good stewardship and a sense of ownership for the business
• Able to lift 20-30 pounds on a consistent basis

$16.00 per hour
