Few & Far – Sous Chef

We are looking for an enthusiastic and curious sous chef to round out our team. We have a unique and playful attitude to farm‑to‑table dining that puts our farmers’ and foragers’ food at the center of the story. We are a collaborative and supportive team, without egos or brigade systems.
Responsibilities
- Read and follow recipes and maintain health department, food quality, and restaurant standards.
- Cook on the line and run service when the chef is away.
- Help with ordering and inventory, develop new menu items, prepare food from scratch, and put by produce for the winter.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience as a lead line cook or sous chef.
