Chef Jeff Cincotta
, owner of Molinari’s and Ravello Italian Kitchen has opened Zocca Cucina Italiana, another Italian gem, in Dedham. This marks Chef Jeff’s third restaurant, and we are building a strong, experienced front‑of‑house team to match the caliber of the food and service.

We’re seeking servers and bartenders who are passionate about Italian cuisine, knowledgeable about Italian wines, and thrive in a fast‑paced, professional environment.

• Prior experience with Italian food and Italian wines (required)
• Experience in high‑volume and/or upscale casual / fine dining restaurants
• Strong work ethic and ability to perform under pressure
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and reliability
• Genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Team‑oriented mindset and willingness to support one another

• Provide polished, knowledgeable service
• Confidently guide guests through Italian menu and wine selections
• Maintain accuracy and efficiency in a high‑volume setting
• Create warm, memorable dining experiences

• Strong knowledge of Italian wines, classic cocktails, and spirits
• Ability to manage a busy bar with speed, organization, and consistency
