Wellesley Fresh, a division of AVI Food systems, is seeking an experienced Chef Manager to lead culinary operations at the Bates Culinary Center on the Wellesley College campus. The role manages ~35 union staff and directs breakfast, lunch, and dinner in a fast-paced scratch kitchen, with catering and pop-ups.
The ideal candidate has higher-education dining experience, strong organizational and computer skills, and a proven ability to forecast needs and manage costs.
