Keyholder

Location: Dedham, MA - Legacy Place

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: Overall Package: $22 - $26/hr legacy Place starting base: $23/hr, with potential to grow.

Schedule/Availability: Clinic operating hours (as posted on website; subject to change), including mall holiday extended hours and weekend availability.

Ability to commute/cover other clinics: Reliable commute to home clinic; periodic travel to other clinics as needed.

Physical Requirements &

Environmental Conditions:

• Work is in a retail environment; ability to walk, stand for long periods.
• Lift and carry inventory and move clinic equipment; ability to reach, crouch, kneel, bend, twist, push, pull, and carry up to 25 lbs.
• Frequent communication with clients in person and on the phone.
• Operate standard office equipment (phones, keyboards, computers, touch screens).
• Specific vision abilities required: close vision, depth perception, color vision, and adjustable focus.

Reports To: Clinic Manager

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience, preferably in skincare and/or aesthetics
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, personalized customer service
• Retail operations experience including cash handling, opening/closing (desirable)
• Previous supervisory experience with coaching/mentoring to achieve sales targets (desirable)
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and events
• Experience with retail POS software;
  Zenoti is a plus

Experience & Characteristics

• Two (2) years in Skin Care/Aesthetics or customer service preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Problem solving and creative solution-finding
• Ability to create a comfortable atmosphere for clients and team members
• Attentive listener and detail-oriented; safety and protocol focused
• Goal driven and self-motivated to exceed benchmarks
• Willing to learn and adapt quickly; conflict management skills

Responsibilities Include

• Creating curated client experiences
• Introduce and promote customized, no-downtime facials and Skin Laundry products tailored to client needs
• Educate clients on skin care protocols
• Celebrate client results and successes
• Champion Skin Laundry’s mission and values; align services with goals
• Coordinate, schedule, and reschedule recurring and future clients
• Prospect and convert new clients

Supporting Store Operations

• Improve efficiency and accuracy of processes and procedures
• Strong communication, multitasking, and comfort with computer/clinic systems
• Establish and maintain client retention processes
• Utilize company reports to share performance insights and best practices
