As a Sales Associate, you embody our brand with personal style and passion, bringing welcoming energy to the sales floor daily. You assist customers in discovering their look and collaborate effectively with other team members and managers to drive business success. Your focus is on creating a seamless customer experience with a spirit of collaboration, kindness, and inclusivity.

• Provide a seamless and authentic customer experience that extends the brand.
• Drive sales while exceeding selling and service expectations.
• Assist in operational and product‑driven store tasks assigned by management while aligning with brand values.
• Share customer feedback and insights with the management team.

• Are at least 18 years old.
• Passionately support our brand, customers, and teams.
• Stay up to date with current fashion trends and industry developments.
• Embrace teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy while executing tasks.
• Innovate and champion new ideas while navigating uncertainty, demonstrating strong problem‑solving skills.
• Have scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry and move at least 40 pounds (18 kilos).

Hourly Range: $15.25 – $19.10. Base salary may vary based on geographic region and candidate qualifications.
