Boost customer satisfaction as a Haircare Product Advisor at Sally Beauty Canada. Assist clients in choosing the right beauty products while building brand loyalty.
At Sally Beauty, the leading supplier in beauty products, you will be pivotal in creating customer connections.
Your role involves offering product recommendations, informing clients about promotions, and ensuring a clean store that aligns with our culture principles. You will also enroll customers in our Loyalty program to foster deeper relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build customer relationships and inspire brand loyalty
• Recommend complementary beauty and hair products
• Inform customers of ongoing promotions and events
• Set up advertising displays to highlight sales
• Ensure customers are enrolled in the Loyalty program
Requirements:
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs with or without accommodations
• Occasional exposure to fumes and odors
