Step into a pivotal customer support role with Enterprise as a Senior Customer Assistance Representative at Deer Lake Airport. This part-time position focuses on enhancing customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
As a Senior Customer Assistance Representative, you will actively engage with customers to address their rental needs and provide outstanding service. This role encompasses both face-to-face interactions and administrative support, ensuring every customer feels valued. The job requires 25-30 hours weekly, including evenings and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with reservations and rental inquiries
• Manage outgoing calls and customer service tasks
• Welcome customers and provide timely assistance
• Clean and process vehicle returns efficiently
• Perform essential accounting and administrative support
Requirements:
• High school diploma needed; some college is a plus
• Minimum 1 year in customer service or related fields
• Clean valid Canadian driver’s license required
• Authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship
• At least 18 years old
