Teach SAT and ACT strategies as a Senior Instructor at Freudigman & Billings in Westport, CT, working onsite with students and families.
This full-time Senior Instructor role requires 7+ years of direct ACT and/or SAT instruction. You will teach information processing, critical thinking, problem solving, and self-monitoring strategies while adapting instruction to student needs. Experience with ISEE, SSAT, MCAT, GMAT, GRE, or LSAT preparation is welcomed.
Key Responsibilities:- Teach one-on-one test preparation to a student cohort
- Average approximately 20–24 instructional hours weekly
- Develop individualized plans with Test Prep Leadership
- Maintain productive relationships with students and families
- Support accommodations applications and departmental initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree
- 7+ years teaching ACT and/or SAT preparation
- Ability to apply new instructional models effectively
- Experience supporting learning differences and testing accommodations
- Expert Excel and GSuite capabilities
