Position: CareGivers Home Support Worker Opening
Join Care Givers, a program under Brightisle, as a Home Support Worker in Newfoundland and Labrador. Deliver vital personal care and support to clients in the comfort of their homes.

In this role, the Home Support Worker will collaborate with the healthcare team, reporting directly to the Client Care Coordinator. Your responsibilities involve assisting clients with daily tasks, promoting their independence, and documenting progress. You will play a critical role in ensuring a safe and supportive environment for clients facing health challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care like bathing and grooming

• Assist with household tasks and meal prep

• Accompany clients to appointments and social events

• Follow and execute individualized care plans

• Record client progress accurately and timely

Requirements:

• High school diploma or home support worker certification

• Experience with seniors and physically disabled clients

• Required medical certifications including First Aid

• Clear Record of Conduct and TB test

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
