- Directly interact with members and prospective members
- Support and promote a successful service/sales culture by identifying member needs and cross‑selling appropriate products
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently (loan payments, fund transfers)
- Research and resolve member concerns
- Accurately record information
- Use the provided software system to perform member transactions
- Engage with members to obtain information and explain available services to meet their financial needs
- Bachelor’s degree or minimum 18 months of relevant experience in the financial industry or customer service
- Previous banking or financial services experience
- Desire to provide outstanding member service
- Ability to discuss products and services
- Professional appearance with an enthusiastic, assertive personality
- Self‑motivated
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Thorough knowledge of negotiable instruments
- Dependable, arriving to work on time as scheduled
