, a brand of Pro Mach, is seeking a Project Manager to drive the process from order to shipment and collaborate cross‑functionally with all departments involved in the order‑management cycle.

Responsibilities- Prepare and communicate the Project Scope, identifying goals, objectives, budget, risks, assumptions, team roles, workflow, and deliverables.
- Obtain customer‑supplied drawings, samples, and technical information, maintaining the committed schedule and communicating deadlines and consequences.
- Manage project budgets and perform periodic cost and productivity analyses for internal communication.
- Communicate regularly with senior management and project stakeholders; advise the General Manager of budgetary, scope, and schedule risks.
- Utilize Pro Mach ERP‑system project‑management tools to monitor performance and transmit information throughout the organization.
- Maintain and communicate the master schedule with all milestones.
- Monitor project milestones, working with the team to maintain schedule and honor commitments.
- Coordinate with project‑team groups such as customers, Sales, Finance, Product Management, Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Service, and Documentation to meet timelines and budgets.
- Communicate internally and externally to keep all participants informed; mediate disputes and lead project meetings to achieve win‑win outcomes.
- Collaborate with fellow Pro Mach companies and third parties to integrate customer‑specified requirements.
- Ensure change‑order requests that impact scope, cost, or delivery are communicated; provide the customer with responses including price and delivery changes.
- Review new customer specification documents and liaise with subject‑matter experts to confirm feasibility and include costs in the change‑order process.
- Manage the factory acceptance test (FAT) to confirm deliverables and handle required post‑FAT changes before shipment.
- Travel to field locations as necessary to deliver and complete project objectives.
- Lead continuous‑improvement meetings to implement lessons learned after each project.
- Work with external and internal staff to estimate and quote contractual scope‑of‑supply changes; report and communicate changes to Sales and Finance, ensuring proper documentation.
- Aid in optimizing processes to streamline costs.
- 7‑10 years of project‑management experience in manufacturing, preferably capital equipment.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to influence cross‑functional teams, drive process improvement, and manage change.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to quickly communicate plans and strategies to stakeholders and customers.
- Demonstrated ability to identify key issues and make timely decisions aligned with business objectives.
- Ability to recognize resistance, manage project issues, and focus on opportunities rather than barriers.
- Capability to define clear objectives, provide project vision, and steer projects toward successful completion under tight schedules.
- Proven experience effectively allocating and managing talent and technical resources for each project.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field preferred.
- Creativity in problem solving.
- Experience with AutoCAD, Creo, and Solid Works drawings.
- Understanding of lean‑manufacturing principles.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet scheduling software.
Base Salary Range: $100,000 – $130,000. Total compensation includes base salary, commissions, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability, paid time off, and a retirement savings plan with company match. You are eligible for benefits on your first day of employment.
