We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Press Brake Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining hydraulic/CNC press brakes to form precision sheet metal parts according to engineering blueprints and specifications.
salary: $60,320 - $70,000 per year

- Set Up & Operation: Read blueprints, flat pattern drawings, and process sheets to select correct tooling, dies, and sequence of bends. Set up and operate CNC or manual press brakes (e.g., Amada, Trumpf, Cincinnati).
- Part Inspection: Perform first-piece inspection and in-process quality checks using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, protractors, height gauges).
- Material Handling: Load, position, and align sheet metal raw materials onto machines; handle formed parts safely to prevent damage.
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform daily routine maintenance on machines and tooling. Adjust programs, back gauges, and bend allowances as needed to ensure parts meet tight tolerances.
